Maintenance Services for Elevators and Platform Lifts

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation covers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services for elevators and platform lifts, located at the Embassy Compound and U.S. Government owned properties in Rome. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. This service will be provided for approximately 11 elevators and 8 platform lifts.
