Description
On August 20, 2025, Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) awarded a sole-source five-year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract to Vigor Works, LLC (Vigor) for the provision of Systems Technical Support (STS) services in support of the Maneuver Support Vessel Light (MSV(L)) program. This sole-source procurement is justified under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), "Only One Responsible Source and Nor Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements." Vigor. as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and developer of the MSV(L), is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirements for STS services. The lack of pertinent technical data available to the Government
