The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 850 usable square feet of retail space located within a 1-mile radius of 5837 Ellsworth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15232. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking space for approximately two (2) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
