Master BPA Commercial Rental Vehicle Service-Panama

The Regional Contracting Office-Soto Cano Air Base is looking to establish Master Purchase Agreement with qualified vendors to provide commercial rental vehicle services in Panama. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to the U.S. Government with commercial rental vehicle services in Panama at locations and dates specified in each Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call. All vehicles shall be delivered with a full tank of fuel at pick-up. If driver services are required, all vehicles shall be delivered with a full tank of fuel to start the mission and shall include refueling as part of the agreement throughout the specified period of performance.
