PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE This notice is not a request for quotes. The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST)/Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, South Carolina has a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide Roman Catholic (RC) religious ministries for members of the military, their dependents, and other authorized persons. The requirement is for a base period of twelve (12) months and two (2) twelve-month option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government.
