Description
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City through the Facility Management Office (FAC), requires a vendor that can supply and delivery One (1) packaged Rooftop HVAC Unit and Three (3) associated Indoor Air Handling Units (AHUs) at U.S. Government Residential Property located at Mexico City. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire new, current-production HVAC Equipment to replace the existing obsolete systems that have exceeded their useful service life and utilize refrigerant that is no longer supported. The equipment shall provide improved energy efficiency, operational reliability, environmental compliance and long-term maintainability. This procurement is limited to the furnishing and delivery of the specified HVAC Equipment only. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors must be registered in SAM
