Solicitation for Offer: Land Lease Opportunity in Washington State The United States Government is seeking to lease land in the state of Washington, within the vicinity of the City of Vancouver to the City of Woodland, specifically along the I-5 and I-205 corridors. Minimum Property Requirements: The property must be located in the state of Washington. The property must be situated within the city limits of Vancouver, Salmon Creek, Ridgefield, or Woodland, or within 0.5 miles of I-5 or I-205. The property must have a minimum size of 0.36 acres. The topography must support: A 2,900 square foot modular structure. 4,000 square feet for a fenced parking area. 9,100 square feet for general parking. The property must have onsite utility hookups (electric, sanitary, water, and broadband internet)
