Mini-Flex EBCA Pass Through Chassis

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The basis for the sole source is that only Mini-Flex can meet the Governments schedule requirements without incurring unacceptable duplicative costs as it is currently the only qualified supplier that can meet the Governments minimum requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future.
