N0016426RGW22 Vertical Handling Adapters and Missile Extractor Loaders PSC 1450 NAICS 336419 Issue Date: 01 September 2026 Closing Date: 15 September 2026 02:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the procurement of Missile Extractor Loaders (MEL) 8939689-001 and Vertical Handling Adapters (VHA) 8939750-001. The VHA will be attached directly to the All-Up Round+Canister (AUR+C) to facilitate the lifting, installation, and removal of canisters into submarines. The MEL attaches to the Upper Support Plate (USP) and interfaces with the VHA to use hydraulics for seating and extracting canisters.
