Description
This Presolicitation notice is for the FY25 PN86433 Missile Munitions Distribution Facility and will be solicited as an unrestricted, Design Bid Build (DBB), anticipating a FAR part 15 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach or highest technically rated with a fair and reasonable price approach (no tradeoff), firm fixed price contract award. A PLA is going to be required. Description of Requirement: New construction of a 57,955 SF Missile Munitions Distribution Facility (MMDF) warehouse (including a 4,614 SF canopy on the inbound dock side) and associated administrative support functions. Adjacent to the MMDF is a 568 SF Vehicle Storage Building (VSB) that is used to charge and store forklifts that support the mission. Associated site development including but not limited to earthwork
