MISSISSIPPI RIVER BASIN, LOCK AND DAM 21, QUINCY, IL, BOLTED TAINTER GATE FABRICATION

This project is to fabricate, paint, and deliver bolted Tainter Gates to the Lock and Dam 21 site. These bolted Tainter gates are to be delivered by barge to the site, but may be assembled and painted outside the fabricator's shop or at a third party location while adhering to the enclosure requirements of the specifications. The welded assemblies of this project require fabrication to AWS D1.1 with no fracture critical members. This special notice is to provide DRAFT plans, specifications, and the 90% review model for industry review prior to release of the official solicitation. A pre-solicitation conference call will be held and is open to all contractors registered in SAM.gov who are capable of performing this work. Questions regarding the DRAFT documents are due via email to the Contr
