The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for an aircraft tug. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Governments intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three small business manufactures or authorized dealers of aircraft tugs whos primary business is the sale of aircraft ground support equipment. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov.
