SOLICITATION NOTICE MIXED METALS SCRAP REMOVAL TERM CONTRACT USACE PITTSBURGH DISTRICT Invitation for Bids (IFB): 2-1-QSC-T-27-001 The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), is offering for sale Government-generated Mixed Metals Scrap located at designated U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District facilities throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. The scrap stream may include, but is not limited to: Steel and other ferrous metals Aluminum Copper and brass Wire and cable Other ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials Material composition will vary by location and removal event. The Government does not guarantee any specific percentage or quantity of individual metal types. Historical generation is estimated at approximately 15
