Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs in Erie, Pennsylvania requires a Contractor for Extra- corporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) services for patients at the Erie VA Medical Center, which is located at 135 East 38 Street, Erie, PA 16504. The Contractor shall provide the equipment and technical support personnel (lithotripsy trained radiologic technician) needed to perform these services. Lithotripsy services will be scheduled for one (1) day every other month for a total of six scheduled visits over a 12-month period of performance. Services will be performed at the Erie VAMC and not at the Contractors site.
