Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs in Erie, Pennsylvania requires a Contractor for Extra- corporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) services for patients at the Erie VA Medical Center, which is located at 135 East 38 Street, Erie, PA 16504.
