Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM website when it is available. The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore has a requirement for the acquisition of mobile subscription services. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) year. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror representing best value using comparative evaluation. The Government intends to award a contract based on initial quotes, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All contractors must be registered
