Modernization and Automation of Operational Effectiveness for NBIS

This effort will modernize and automate the measurement of operational effectiveness for software development projects, service contracts, and Program Management Office (PMO) operations to support the modernization of the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS). NBIS is the federal governments comprehensive IT system for end-to-end personnel vetting, serving over 100 federal agencies for adjudicative decisions related to credentialing, national security, and suitability determinations.
