Modification of Contract: Provision of Health Insurance for Locally Employed Staff of U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh.

This justification is initiated because inclusion of a new paragraph B.4.1.1 on economic price adjustment for peace corps rider is proposed into the original contract 19CB6023D0027. The Embassy agreed with the contractors proposal to modify the economic price adjustment in paragraph B.4.1 that will add B.4.1.1. Economic Price Adjustment for Peace Corps Rider below B.4.1 Premium Adjustment Based on Experience. That way, economic price adjustment shall be permitted to adjust the premiums charged on the Peace Corps rider, in accordance with the requirements of B.4.1, and all provisions of B.4.1 shall apply.
