Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to use other than full and open competition, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), to award a modification to existing contract N00024-20-C-4315 with Oceaneering International, Inc. (OII) at Naval Base Coronado, San Diego, CA. OII is the Submarine Rescue Operations and Maintenance Contractor (SROMC). The contract modification will extend the period of performance by 18 months to December 2027 and establish new level-of-effort, materials and travel costs Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee items for continued operation and maintenance efforts in support of the U.S. Navy Submarine Rescue System (SRS).
