Amendment to Pre-Solicitation Notice: This amendment is issued to clarify that this Presolicitation also serves as the Governments notice that the agency has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified in accordance with FAR 7.107.The Government has determined that this acquisition will consolidate two or more requirements that were previously provided or performed under separate contracts into a single contract action.
