Description
This contract action was not awarded competitively. Monaco Enterprises, Inc. (Monaco) is the sole manufacturer and provider of the propitiatory Fire Alarm Reporting System (FARS) that is currently in use at Joe Foss Field for fire protection and notification. The system upgrade being provided under this requirement can only be performed by Monaco due to the proprietary system. Notice of intent to sole source and Sole Source J&A were posted.
