07/22/2026 Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to attach a series of documents and issue corrections to this solicitation. The document Questions and Answers PT1 has been attached to answer all questions submitted to date. The documents Standard Form 24 - Bid Bond, Standard Form 25 - Performance Bond, and Standard Form 25A - Payment Bond have all been attached for the offerors to complete. This requirement will require a bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond.
