Mortuary Services Agreements

The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Update BPA Terms and Conditions 2) Update applicable provisions and clauses. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quote Submission Window: Quotes can be submitted up to 5 May 2028, 1:00 P.M. Mountain Time: All quotes must be submitted to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist, please submit all requested documentation in your submitted quote.
