BACKGROUND: Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) requires procurement and installation of one (1) prefabricated modular in-plant classroom with a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System to be installed inside the Motor Transport Building, on Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor, located at 2106 Scorpion Avenue, Silverdale, WA, 98315, USA. 2. SCOPE: The contractor shall provide one (1) prefabricated modular in-plant classroom with dimensions of 15x 20 with a ceiling height of 9 to 12. The contractor shall also install the classroom inside the Motor Transport Building. The classroom will be located on top of a pre-existing concrete slab inside the Motor Transport Building.
