Description
Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275), intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-22-G-0002 to Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office on a sole source basis. The anticipated order will be for the purchase of 15,000 units of the MTSS Voltage Regulator wafer to prevent interruption to the V-22 Ospreys mission. The proposed contract action is for efforts that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate under Title 10 U.S.C. 3201(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplied or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bell-Boeing JPO is the sole developer, designer, and manufacturer of the V-22 aircraft. As such, Bell Boeing JPO is the only responsible source
