Description
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, has a requirement for on-site Field Service Representatives and off-site Engineering Support for the AN/ALQ-249 NGJ-MB. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Raytheon Company, 2000 East El Segundo Blvd., El Segundo, CA 90245-4501, under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. The requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis because no source other than Raytheon currently has the requisite knowledge and expertise to satisfy the agencys requirements.
