Description
This is a notification that the United States Marshals Service (USMS) Asset Forfeiture Division (AFD) intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract under statutory authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirements. The current contractor, Risk Mondial Inc. DBA Risk Mondial Aviation & Recovery is providing national and international aircraft relocation, storage, maintenance, appraisal, and disposal services for seized and forfeited aircraft for the USMS, AFD. This notice is to inform industry contractors of the Governments intent to execute a sole source award to provide uninterrupted, high-quality continuity of support maintenance for the Agency's seized and forfeited ass
