Description
Notice of Intent for Sole Source The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price commercial contract. This contract, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1 (b), will be with the International Justice and Public Safety Information Sharing Network. The purpose is to provide GSA Fleet with a secure connection. This connection will link the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) and the Federal Motor Vehicle Registration System (FMVRS), which is housed within GSAFleet.gov. This will enable law enforcement officials to check the real-time status of a U.S. Government vehicle using its vehicle identification number (VIN) or license plate number. See attached justification for details.
