REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - National Qualified Representative Program (NQRP) The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to identify commercial capabilities that could support a future acquisition for Legal Services, referred to as NQRP. The U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is required to provide legal representation and other related services nationwide to individuals in covered immigration proceedings who have been found mentally incompetent to represent themselves.
