Description
This action is for the award of a sole source firm-fixed priced contract to Jeppesen/Boeing Digital Solutions 55 Inverness DR E, Englewood CO 80112-5412 cage 19580 utilizing the statutory authority permitting this sole source action is 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified acquisition procedures - a sole source acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures for the acquisition of commercial items, as implemented by FAR 13.501 (a). This is a sole source action to support continued use of Jeppesen software licenses for use in the E-6B aircraft Flight Management Computer (FMC) System on behalf of Naval Air Force U.S. Pacific Fleet.
