NE--FWS Rainwater Basin WMD Geothermal HVAC System Change Out and Commissioning The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for a full geothermal HVAC system change out, including replacement of three ClimateMaster heat pump units and associated loop field services, ductwork/sheet metal adjustments, commissioning, and delivery of controls/thermostats at the Rainwater Basin Wetland Management District (WMD) office located in Funk, Phelps County, Nebraska.
