NETA Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to the International Electrical Testing Association Inc. (NETA). This requirement will provide training, evaluation, and certification of competency of Soldiers of the 249th Engineering Battalion along with accreditation of the 249th Engineering Battalion organization. The contract will allow Soldiers to be certified in accordance with the ANSI/NETA ETT through NETA and shall be subject to the same rules, policies, and guidelines established by NETA that govern the examination and certification of NETA Certified Testing Technicians.
