Description
Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to repair, re-construct and maintain the installation paving infrastructure at Fort Bliss, Texas and surrounding areas to include Fort Bliss training areas in Doa Ana and Otero counties of New Mexico.
