Description
This project covers the removal of the existing heating unit and installation of a new, high-efficiency (AFUE rating of 95% or more) natural gas furnace to provide reliable heating for the 2851 sq. ft. warehouse/shop building. The work will include all necessary labor, materials, and testing to ensure safe and optimal operation. Removal and disposal will be off-site by contractor. Pictures are in attachment. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable codes, and standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE).
