This is a Notice of Intent, not a separate request for quote. The Governments solicitation for this requirement is provided through the associated combined synopsis/solicitation. The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS), on behalf of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Laboratory of Infectious Diseases (LID), Viral Pathogenesis and Evolution Section (VPES), intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Genedata (USA), Inc. for the renewal of Genedata Analyst software. The purpose of this requirement is to provide continued access to Genedata Analyst, a bioinformatics analysis program currently used by VPES to perform comprehensive statistical modeling of multi-omics data
