NIST Boulder B1 Wing 6 Seal Above Hallway Doors

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), located at the Boulder Laboratories campus in Boulder, Colorado, is seeking sources capable of providing construction services for the B1 Wing 6 Seal Above Hallway Doors Project in Building 1. The project consists primarily of extending an existing Wing 6 demising wall vertically to the structural concrete deck above in order to thermally and mechanically isolate Wing 6 from the Spine corridor space. Work also includes sealing wall penetrations and abandoned penetrations with fire-rated materials where the wall separates the Womens restroom from the Spine corridor.
