THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for proposal and no purchase order will be awarded from this notice. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD), on behalf of the Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), is soliciting for the Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) repairs to NOAA Ship HENRY B.
