Government Lease LMO00091 has been extended by lease amendment executed on September 10, 2026. The amendment extends the lease for 60-months, from December 18, 2026 through December 17, 2031. The annual rent of the original lease (and extension) is below the Simplified Lease Acquisition Threshold (SLAT) and does not require public notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). However, the LCO has determined to provide public notice. The total contract value of the extension is less than $1,900,000.00. The contract was not awarded competitively and was not fixed-price. The rent during the extension period was negotiated between the Government and the Lessor. The negotiated rent was within the Springfield, MO market and is deemed fair and reasonable.
