NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE For NotaMesh Screens The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC)-Acquisition Center intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on behalf of the Office of Engraving for NotaMesh Screens for the Western Currency facility located in Fort Worth, TX. The NotaMesh Screens are an essential part needed to produce screen plates for printing United States (U.S.) currency at the Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP). The NotaMesh Screens are proprietary and can only be acquired from Koenig & Bauer (K&B) Banknote Solutions. Therefore, the Government intends to award a sole source contract to K&B in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(b).
