Notice of Intent to award a sole source requirement for CODAN MT4E Radio Repeaters to Daniels Electronics dba Zetron (UEI: H2CCXQFJ48V9). This proposed contract action is for CODAN MT4E Ruggedized Radio Repeaters for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i) Only One Responsible Source. The CODAN MT4E repeater system is a proprietary technology, representing intellectual property that cannot be outsourced. Zetron is the sole GSA-approved vendor authorized to distribute the CODAN MT4E Ruggedized product.
