Description
DLA Distribution intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for E-ZPass tolling services for DLA Distribution on a sole source basis to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. In accordance with FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is the designated state agency for E-ZPass accounts in Pennsylvania, where DLA Distributions Headquarters is located.
