Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract for Strategic Communication Operational Support

The Defense Health Agency intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract under Commercial terms and conditions and on a noncompetitive basis under the authority of Federal Acquistion Regualtion (FAR) 16.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Award is intended for: Contracting Resources Group, Inc. 8 W. West ST Baltimore, MD 21230-3723 Services provide program-level communications expertise to develop strategic communications plans that include analyzing the information environment; describing current and upcoming phases of communications initiatives; identifying and developing goals and measurable objectives; creating strategies, tactics, and communications measurements; and defining analytics and metrics to measure performance
