8 June 2026 This is a notice of intent to award a sole source bridge contract and is not a request for competitive quotes. A sole source justification in accordance with FAR Part 6 is being processed for this requirement and will be posted when the approval process is accomplished. The Government is executing a strategic shift in its acquisition approach in response to Executive Order 14222, which directs the Department of War to pivot away from reliance on a single Lead Systems Integrator and instead acquire capabilities directly from solution providers.
