NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AN OUT-OF-SCOPE BILATERAL CONTRACT MODIFICATION

In accordance with FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i), this is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A BILATERAL CONTRACT MODIFICATION for new out of scope work in lieu of a short period of performance standalone sole source award. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) intends to negotiate a sole source modification to extend the period of performance of its current contract with Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC of 85 New Hampshire Avenue, Suite 150, Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801-2926.
