Notice of Intent to Award - BPA for Chemical Cleaning Supplies

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit in Chinle, AZ intends to place single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Shamrock Foods Company, for the delivery of various chemical cleaning products on an as needed basis. The anticipated period of performance is 04/22/2026 -04/21/2027. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325998 All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 650 employees. No further awards will be made unless the need for Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes. The prospective single-award BPA as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.
