Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Safety-Kleen

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc. pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one source is capable of responding to satisfy the agency's requirements. ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC intends to have serviced sixteen (16) Model 44 solvent vat parts washers with maintenance service. It is anticipated the Government will issue a one year base contract.
