Description
This is a pre-award public announcement for the purpose of summarizing the basis for the Governments decision to issue a single source modification to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Contract 693KA9-23-D-00003, Task Order 693KA9-23-F-00141 with Personnel Decisions Research Institutes, LLC (PDRI). This announcement is issued in accordance with Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, Single Source Selection, and AMS Guidance T3.2.2.4, Single Source. PDRI is currently developing and validating a new pre-employment controller selection test to replace the current Air Traffic Skills Assessment.
