Description
The purpose of this announcement is to provide notification of the Naval Sea Systems Commands intent to issue multiple sole source orders through September 30th 2026 to Lockheed Martin RMS, 199 Borton Landing Rd, Moorestown, NJ 08057, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) #N0002421G5102 related to the AEGIS Weapons System. The proposed contract actions are for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Lockheed Martin is the only source with the proprietary expertise, technical data, and knowledge to meet the Government's delivery requirements to support critical in-yard need dates.
