(ABOA): 6,370 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,370 Space Type: Office Parking: 12 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 0 years Additional Requirements: 24/7 operations and access; roof access for antennae and other equipment Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
