Notice of Intent to Sole Source, 8 AF IDS ACS

1. The 2d Contracting Squadron, Barksdale AFB, hereby submits an intent to sole source in accordance with (IAW) 41 U.S.C. 1901 and 41 U.S.C. 3304. 2. Prometheus Security Group Global (PSG), doing business as LDIA Holdings, LLC, has been identified as the sole source capable of providing the necessary Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System (ACS) for Building 5454, 8 AF, AFGSC Headquarters (HQ). Given the proprietary nature of PSG's VICADS system, the necessary compliance with security protocols, and the critical need for system uniformity, Prometheus Security Group Global is the only viable provider for this project.
